"No main restaurant open, not told before we arrived only roof top bar with limited options for food . Parking a nightmare, limited spaces round hotel. Staff need extra training in customer care . Room was very clean and comfortable and very quiet. Enjoyed our stay."

"Despite several hiccups during our 7 night stay, the hotel is amazing. The staff are friendly and extremely helpful. The hotel is super clean and they have a nice aromatic scent throughout the lobby that you can actually smell even before you get into the building. The breakfast buffet is amazing. "This hotel is truly exceptional, from the moment we checked in to (sadly) leaving, it was an absolutely perfect stay. Staff and owner were all gorgeous people - so helpful, friendly and chilled. "We absolutely loved the property! It was a quick ride on the ferry to Valetta or even a bus ride. Maureen runs a tight ship and now that we are home we miss our darling Breakfast man! He makes a mean omelet! Be aware there are lots of stairs but it is worth every step!"

First two nights Airconditioning was controlled by the owner and it was put to off or not working, suffered in heat after heated email/text , they switched it ON. 4.
