We tried to cancel the reservation with all or some refund due to death of a family member just a few days before our check-in day. We provided everything we have including death certificate but the facility insisted the whole prepaid fees in full are not refundable. We understand the hotel's policy but rather than show their condolences in any degrees, the hotel letting us not just suffer for lost of life and also financially lost. The hotel has lost their reputation on one of the most important value that a service business should provide to us - hospitality.

舞子でスノーボードやっていたため利用した。スキー場より近いし、泊まりも快適で。とても良かった。犬連れ泊まりも可能みたいだ。

良かった点 ・犬と一緒に宿泊できる清潔な部屋 ・犬を預けている間、他の犬と遊ばせたり散歩させるなどして面倒をみてもらえる（犬を閉じ込める形にならない） ・ドッグランが利用できる ・食事が美味しく、種類も量も多い ・入浴設備も清潔 ・スキー場から近い（徒歩だと少し距離があるので、車移動） 事前に知っておくと良い点 ・コロナ対策でお風呂が時間割制となっている
