ビジネス ダブルまたはツインルームを予約 ▶エアコン故障（ファンヒーターのみ３時間おきに電源再投入が必要で熟睡できず） ▶風呂なし（共用シャワーのお湯が出ず） ▶冷蔵庫なし ▶テレビなし（写真ではあるのに部屋にはなし） ▶照明は蛍光灯と白熱灯があるが暗く、蛍光灯は中に虫の死骸だらけ（何年も掃除していない） ▶部屋の掃除は行き届いておらず、ホコリや小さなゴミがそのまま、南京虫が居そう ▶共用部分の廊下や階段はきしみ音あり、補修された様子なし、お湯の出も悪くチョロチョロ、トイレから外の雪溶かし水道ホースが出ていて窓が完全に閉まらず極寒

其實整體來講也不算差，酒店位置的確是不近車站，但隔離雪場真的很近，可以步行就去到，店主其實很友善，只是有點言語上溝通不到，但其實他也很用心幫忙，只是旅館就只他一個人，所以要點時間等待，浴室是共用的，所以也不要有甚麼期望好了，不過熱水是有的，只是要點時間去準備，所以整體用這個價錢來說，其實已經算不錯了

2/15当日、風呂も使用も使用できず！ホテルからは一切説明がなく。共同の風呂に行ったら湯船に水も入っていなかった。スキー場近くの宿だが乾燥室も故障していた。外国人向けの宿の様だが、日本人が宿泊するレベルには達していない。２度と泊まらない。

不潔で不快

フルサービス スパがあると記載されているが、実際には、暖房のない冷たい浴室にシャワーがあるだけでした。洗面台や脱衣所も、清掃されずに放置されていました。
