"This is a fine stop over stay for a night if you need to be close to the airport. The staff are friendly and helpful, the shuttle is an easy way to make it to and from the airport. It’s difficult to get food beyond a mediocre restaurant nearby. The room was an accessible room and the shower actually filled the floor of the bathroom with water even when adjusted and when the curtain was used, so it was difficult to use the bathroom after a shower—every item in there was wet."

"Wonderful stay, hotel staff were ever so friendly and hotel facilities were very good. Nice neighbourhood right next to the Puente Colgante bridge and short walk to the local station to take the trai into Bilbao. So pleased with our stay here."

"Die Dame an der Rezeption hat mir eine wunderbare Walking-Tour in Bilbao auf einer Stadtkarte eingezeichnet. Das hätte ich bei keiner geführten Gruppe besser bekommen. Und ich konnte anhalten wo ich wollte. Sie war auch sehr herzlich. Das Dinner war wunderbar. Die Bedienung auch sehr sehr freundlich. Location am Hafen sehr schön"

"Bathroom and room we’re very modern and clean, the only problem we have is the tv shows are all in spanish channel, we couldn’t find any english show! It would be a great place where English shows were also available or English versions were shown as well. Thanks for the modern updated room."

"The accommodations were clean and comfortable. The check-in process through Whatsapp was smooth. The storage lockers (even the large ones) are very tiny if you are traveling with a family (I had the family room), and a second locker was not allowed."

"La particolare struttura dell'hotel, con camere ricavate contro una collina, risente inevitabilmente dell'umidità proveniente dalla parete cieca con conseguente pesante odore di muffa sia nel corridoio al primo piano, sia nelle camere. Ho dovuto mettere i tappi nelle orecchie per non sentire il treno (ferrovia adiacente). Solo la colazione si salva."
