"It seemed as if some people are living at the property and I did not feel safe when I pulled in. Once I went inside I saw roaches walking around and the smell of insecticide was strong. I had a long drive and tried to go to sleep around 7:30/ 8pm and the people on the floor above me were walking around constantly until after 11pm. I finally got up at 1:30am and left to finish my drive home. I will not stay here again."

Thin walls, we could hear everyone around and above us- we were also next to the elevator and a very loud group right above our unit had a late check in on our last night with multiple trips on the elevator (no less than 8). We had to wonder about fire safety- our unit had a sealed inaccessible window and no fire escape...

Not a single street or road has been maintained in the last 20 years.Downtown has all the new construction as far as hotels and arenas, but midtown is the orphan as far as care. TV was bragging there were ONLY 3700 cars stolen Jan-May 2024,compared to 5200 same time last year. Piles of debris,junk,old furniture along the streets all over the city add to the impression of abandonment."
