"The rooftop event was the highlight of the stay. My room some how wasn’t in the system so workers were entering my room unannounced at 9am. When trying to check out I was told I wasn’t in the system and to call later for a manager to get my deposit return figured out."

"Very unsafe area. Bad activities in parking lot. Management could care less. Pool was iim disrepair. Vending machines were giving wrong items and taking money. Staff and breakfast were pleasant though. "

"I stayed at the Hyatt for 2 nights. The room i had was large with a king sized bed. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The only complqint i have with the room is no microwave. The lobby was clean an inviting with lots of places to seat. I did not eat the breakfast. The hotel advertised that it had a restaurant but i was told it was closed. I needed lunch so they were nice enough to make me one anyway . I would definitely recommend staying at the Hyatt"
