"Very clean, easy check-in and out and well appointed. Rooms are spacious and comfortable. Conveniently located and parking was safe and plentiful. Breakfast was provided and offered a lot of options for variety of tastes."

"Excellent stay!"

"Bob and Carol make you feel right at home. Very clean and quiet!"

"The 'barn door' to the bathroom 'rolled open' on its own initiative. There is no way that I could see to latch it shut. Did not need the wall unit for either AC or heating."

"A beautifully restored historic home. The Sturbridge room was quiet and perfect for a romantic getaway. David was very welcoming and friendly. The gazebo was a great place to watch the sunset."

"We stayed in a spacious, clean bedroom. The staff was friendly and the breakfast had many options"

"Good"

"Key cards kept locking me out of the room every time I left. Needed staff to give 3 new keycards over the 1 night stay. Tostitos dip was left from previous stay. And bathroom needs a remodel"

":)"

"It was good"

"The room was very clean and had all the necessities. The breakfast was delicious and the lady was so sweet and welcoming. Loved the contactless check in. Would definitely recommend."

"It was much better than I expected! Would stay there again"

"The games and pool table in the lobby was a great bonus. The view over the water was beautiful to watch the sunrise."

"Had the pleasure of meeting Christina (the owner). She was incredibly hospitable and kind. She gave us a little history of the sheep on the property. The cottage and village are beautiful. The attention to details of the decor was amazing. Quiet place, beautiful scenery, wonderful staff, clean, comfy cottage. I hope to return in the near future."

"Breakfast was great. Cookies were left out for guest. I had hot chocolate. That was great."

"Like the ambiance as well as the decor! The location was perfect for walking around town!"
