There was limited transportation in the area and it seemed like a spot that didn’t have much going on since they were off season. We felt safe but others described it might have been a more off the beaten path type of location. "Posto molto bello, ma andrebbe rinnovato. Soprattutto il costo del soggiorno è troppo elevato per i servizi offerti. Basti considerare che nonostante la tariffa della camera sia molto alta, si paga l’accesso alla piscina. Inoltre manca internet e la pulizia dell’abitazione è ogni 4 giorni. Infine assurdi i prezzi del bar: 16 euro per un pane cunzato minuscolo. In conclusione posto dalle grandi potenzialità. Serve una gestione più attenta. "

"The host, Guiseppe was very accommodating. The ferries were not running to the Aeolian islands due to weather conditions, and this place was available. We were fortunate that we stayed here on such short notice and with quick entry to property. Very close to ferry, cafes, and shops. Parking is a little hectic, but we found spots close to apartment. Thx again Guiseppe!"

"We arrived about 1-1.5 hours ahead of checkin and they were able to accommodate us which was nice. The checkin staff was friendly and our room was beautiful with space and a jacuzzi shower which was a plus. Our room was only stocked with 2 pillows so when we requested 2 more, they were brought up with speed. That being said, the pillows and bed were flat. That’s something we’ve come to notice is very common in Italy so although we didn’t enjoy that, it’s all preference. What we really didn’t like was how loud it was at all hours. The doors are so heavy we could hear people going in and out of their room until about 1AM. Then it sounded like the room next to us was playing musical chairs. It was very difficult to sleep as the rooms aren’t sound proof. Also our room wouldn’t cool below 19 degrees Celsius. My boyfriend ate at the restaurant and said it was good and the continental breakfast was a nice, easy spread. It’s also great that this location is Nextdoor to a food mart, china mart, and gas station. There is also a laundry mat within a mile. "
