Less than a 30 min walk into the city and close metro links make it an ideal place to stay. Staff were all really pleasant and dealt with the minor issues that arose for us. Lots of good places to eat around the hotel so we had a lot of choice. I would go there again.

We arrived after check-in time but the room was not ready. We had to wait about five minutes, which we didn't have any issues with. We were offered complimentary beverages as we waited. Everyone was nice, the room was in beautiful and clean. It was an excellent hotel.

I stayed in the hotel for the F1 weekend and found it to be excellent. The rooms were comfy and clean and the service was excellent. The hotel is only a short walk from Lima Metro station and approx 15 minutes from Milano Centrale so the location was ideal. Plenty of cheaper restauraunts and fast food nearby so dining options were plentiful. The only negative was that some of the streets around the hotel are pretty scruffy. That's not the hotel's fault though and the area felt safe, even late night and early morning.
