The airconditioning was quite loud, and since it was quote cold outside it had to be on. It was a bit noisy and the biggest fault for me was no bedding on the duvet, so that made me feel a bit uncomfortable. But it was a quite modern looking place in relatively good area just a couple minutes via local transport to city centre.

Online check in made it easy to arrive,ring the doorbell and be let in. Room automatically opened and it was all done. Took a bit of time to do but it worked out for the best. Will definitely think of using this property again

It’s a prison cell. Don’t stay here. Extremely Noisy. 2 metres from the main road. No staff on site. No help with problems. Awful experience. Stay elsewhere

Spacious unit with basic amenities and good location. Check in process was very difficult and they would not allow an early check in. Up until the last minute I did not have access instructions which was nerve racking. Also disappointed that I overpaid by over $60 ( I should have booked directly)

Not recommended at all

I won't recommend this rooms to anyone!!! Checking took me nearly an hour and there is nobody at the property and all over the phone and they hardly answer it. So if you don't know english or italian is just impossible to check in. Price at the property gone up by €35,so just pay some extra and get hotel near the city centre. Otherwise is clean, but awful checking

The remnants of fascism in Milan

I arrived in Milan during fashion week following an overnight flight and had a problem with my hotel so I went to Sonder which seemed nice. My business credit card was declined so I paid utilizing my personal card instead. I then went upstairs and had a rest, went out to an appointment passing the front desk on my way out. At 5pm I received a telephone call from the front desk saying I was being asked to leave the hotel because I had been deemed a security risk. “Is there anyone I can discuss this with?” I asked. “No, I was told, you can write to the following email address, I have no additional information. You must b out by 7pm when we lock the front door or you will no longer be able to access the property.” Problems occur, I understand that. This situation could have easily been resolved by discussing the issue with THE GUEST rather than taking these steps. The desk called me by phone to tell me to leave, could they not have called me to discuss the situation or stopped me on my way out rather than sending an email that went to my promotions folder? I also know that The property forced the door on my room because when I returned, and went inside the room and closed the door the door handle came off completely. At the end of the situation I realized I was the one that needed to be concerned with my own security. I ended up at a MUCH nicer hotel. There are a lot of options in Milan, think carefully before choosing this one.

Unprofessional and scary

Check-in was tricky: 1) Adress was not correct as it was neighboring house 2) After ringing door you spoke to an agent on the phone that did not speak too good English and only after various attempts (even though doing the pre check-in) the house door was opened for me and then the room door after a while 3) Key card I was not told where to find and it took a while until I found it in the room Description did not match: 1) No iron available, got only delivered after 5 hours 2) No shower gel and shampoo available, was never delivered even though asked multiple times Second night was scary: 1) People entered and left the house every 2min, screamed, shouted and slammed doors (not sure who these people were and if they were actually staying in the house or not) - this went on entire night 2) Drilling/screwing activities on top produced further noises entire night and probably caused by same people. 3) People were sleeping outside the rooms in the hallway and on the stairs inside the house. 4) Next morning I got out of room and 2-3 people were still laying there. Overall, a super scary experience and was worried for my stuff but in the end nothing got stolen. 5) I informed/alerted about this experience and never got back any kind of reply Overall, super unprofessional handling of all points mentioned above with huge lack of communication and providing comfort. I will not stay here ever again!

Il peggior servizio clienti mai ricevuto, e io viaggio quasi ogni settimana, di problemi ne ho visti tanti. Soggiorno di due notti, camera congelata con zero possibilità di riscaldamento nonostante fossero inclusi sia riscaldamento che aria condizionata. Promessa di una stufetta portatile mai arrivata, al telefono mi hanno anche detto che in realtà le hanno ma le tirano fuori un po’ più avanti, quindi praticamente, per ora ti arrangi. Capsule del caffè e bicchieri non rimpiazzati. Acqua, anch’essa inclusa nell’annuncio, non rimpiazzata. Unica nota positiva, è partito un allarme intorno alle 22 hanno avuto tempi di reazione piuttosto veloci nonostante l’orario. La camera era pulita e silenziosa. Ad ogni modo per un prezzo così elevato un servizio clienti così pessimo è inaccettabile. Non lo consiglierei minimamente.

Hallo zusammen, das Personal allgemein ist sehr freundlich und ich konnte schon früh einchecken. Die Dame die vormittags arbeitet war sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich. Nur die Lage hätte ich besser gefunden. Neben den Wohnblöcke die ich immer die Vorhänge zu machen musste, weil ich mich beobachtet gefühlt habe.
