The size of room was great and clean. The location we did have to Uber alot. We also picked it for having a gym but when we arrived we found out it was unavailable we were extremely disappointed. We should have been notified prior to checking in.

We had pleasant stay. The hotel is very confortable and very close to piazza Gae Aulenti. I reccommend the hotel either to stay with the family or for business trips. They also offered a free upgrade to my room, much appreciated !

Bring chopsticks

Beautiful hotel. Set on edge of Chinatown. Reminiscent of the way hotels used to and should still be. Spacious rooms and friendly hosts make a visit worthwhile.

Pretty cheap but get what you pay for

Short stay in a business trip. Big room but quite dated fittings & furnishings. Air Conditioning not quite up to the 30+ degree heat outside. Hotel was pretty cheap.

The hotel and staff were excellent. The hotel is located in the Quartiere Chinese district and we found that restaurants of interest to us were not within walking distance from the hotel. We did not enjoy the location of the hotel and the area surrounding the hotel.

The clearness of the rooms was terrible. We booked three rooms and each one wasn't cleaned well especially sofa bed. The shower didn't work well and the water pressure was weak.

Upon arrival to our room we found someone had already been in the room and drank a bottle of water. They also used the slippers and made a cup of coffee on the end table leaving a mess of sugar and coffee behind. The bathroom floor had what looked like splattered blood droplets on it. Generally needs updated. Shower was terrible. Couch heavily stained. Air conditioning not great. Noise from outside easily penetrated into room. Overall dissatisfaction.

Friendly and cleaned up but not hygienic place

The Hotel is in the middle of the China Town which is not bad and in the near of the hotel is a tram station, so you can easily take that to go the city if you do not want to walk even if it is a short and nice trail to the city through a park. Most of the staffs were friendly. The room was ok, not to say "too old". It might have been cleaned up but you could tell that the building is old, so the sofa looked like it belonged to the grand-grand-grand-grandmother with its stains and the same with the curtain and the room smelled a bit of smoke if someone smoked in the room many years ago which also means that they never changed the curtain. The bed sheets also contained stains (black). I am sure that they washed it and the stain was not removable but in this case for 4 stars-hotel they could have changed the bedsheet instead of keep using it. I do not know if it is common not to be able to open the window but if they just do not clean everything but keep things also hygienic, I would book the place again.

Staff went over and beyond to make our stay very pleasant. We stayed 1 night on Sept. 25th 2025. The concierge who checked us in was extremely helpful. He recommended restaurants, a store to buy a backpack and taxi service.

Hotel ziet er op de foto’s allemaal netjes uit maar de werkelijkheid is toch wat anders. Ten eerste kamer was niet heel netjes haren in het bad, airco stond op maximaal en 17 graden maar het was er bloed heet. Maar dan de ergste ervaring die ik heb gehad in dit hotel is dat de room service onze knuffels onder het bed had verstopt. Hierdoor heel erg in de stress geraakt en ook totaal het vertrouwen in het personeel verloren. De andere dagen hebben we dan ook het niet storen bordje op de deur gehouden. Uiteindelijke conclusie hotel ziet er leuk uit op de website en foto’s maar heeft ons zeer teleurgesteld.

Je souhaite vous faire part de ma grande déception concernant mon séjour dans votre établissement. La chambre n’était pas propre, ce qui est inacceptable pour un hôtel de ce niveau. De plus, l’ensemble des prestations ne correspondait absolument pas à ce qui était présenté lors de la réservation. Le rapport qualité-prix est extrêmement décevant, surtout en comparaison avec d’autres pays européens où, pour des tarifs similaires, le service et la qualité sont bien meilleurs. J’espère que vous prendrez ces remarques très au sérieux, car elles reflètent une réelle insatisfaction.
