It is an ok hotel, not great but not the worse. One of the things that I liked was the breakfast, it was very good and complete. The hotel is far from downtown they have a shuttle that takes you to the metro station. There is nothing around the hotel, actually the neighborhood doesn’t look very nice. Another thing is that the halls are very dark.

We were happy with working AC and speed internet. Also breakfast was amazing. The beds are not comfortable at all . The hotel alows people to smoke on the floors so you will fill it even if you requested a non smoking room.

Our initial room that we were given was very noisy due the air conditioning, however when notified reception we were given another room without problem. Was disappointed there was no where to get any refreshments as the bar only opens later in the day, and with the lack of any local amenities around the hotel, this is disappointing. Overall the room and the hotel were nice, but could definitely do with updating. The staff were friendly and helpful.

The hotel building is generally OK, and the dining (both for breakfast and dinner) were great. Staff were mostly very helpful and friendly. Location-wise, it’s a bit out of the way, although quite close to the autostrada. The area around the hotel could do with a bit of work - the car park and maybe cut the grass once in a while as it is pretty overgrown. Initial impressions of the room was OK, however, the rooms themselves were pretty badly maintained. We stayed there for two nights and had to change rooms due to a leak in the bathroom from the floor above. In both rooms, there were different, random things that either didn’t work properly or just weren’t there. Bathroom fans, lights, the fridge (empty in one room, with bottled water in the other), hairdryer etc were all inconsistent. And in the second room, we were given 1 towel for a family of 4. The most fun part of the stay, though, was playing the ‘which lift is coming, if any?’ game. This includes a series of random lights and pings from anywhere except your lift… Overall - not bad, but could be a lot better with some investment in upgrading or improving the facilities

i had an aweful stay bugs in the bed, never cleaned my room no fresh towel, no physical phone for wake up, no heater, window had a smal opener we couldn t close it and its -3 degres rude stuff very noisy due to soccer event i will never pay for this 5.9/10 they down scored him i requested a change from the first night

Good service and amenities. Bed sheets were slightly sloppy, just a shed put on top of two single mattresses and a blanket with another sheet on top, no duvet or cover.
