Not too far from Milan city center, easily accessible via public transport. Tram is available at 4 mins walking distance. Safe and secure covered parking space. Good service from reception. Superstore and shopping in 5 mins distance. Outlet shopping centre in 15 mins distance.

Great location, friendly staff.

Clean rooms. Friendly staff. Car safely parked at garage. Good location with simply a 30 minutes tram ride to the center of Milan good just for the morning fully awake.

As described, transport links to the centre were good, plus excellent supermarket nearby. However, the hotel was very tired and rundown. Do not expect any luxuries, or even working wifi.

The toilet seat was cracked and had a pink hue, the bathtub was particularly dirty and there were a lot of ants. I had to get cleaning supplies and clean the apartment before doing anything else on arrival. The walls are extremely thin, so whenever someone upstairs was having a conversation, you could pretty much hear everything. The kitchen didn’t have any dish soap or rags. On top of that, the dishes were dirty on arrival. There was some toilet paper on arrival, but when I asked for more they basically explained that they don’t usually provide any, but were being nice enough to make an exception for one roll. The staff was overall very friendly.

I stayed for the second time in this exciting place and left it convinced again. Amazing reception team - I miss them already. It's a great place for Urban Nomads with enough space to create and even cook at the communal kitchen. The rooms are very clean, it's a very safe and friendly neighborhood with public transport directly to centre. I will be back for sure!

I spend 4nights with my family. I was very satisfied. The receptionist were great and very welcoming. The beds confortable, there was a kitchen which was great and very useful with a coffee machine, cups, knives , spoons…. We even found coffe and sugar. the place was very well located too. The rooms large and the beds two. Quite honestly I am quite happy I chose the place. I recommend it.

For the price you get what you pay for. It wasn’t that bad. You’re in a relatively decent area. Quick metro and tram line access. I wish they had cleaned the bathroom a little better. It felt like I was staying in a frat house; room, desks, and all. I was expecting a little more but at least the heater worked and I got an amazing view every morning.

Unfortunately this property did not reflect the photos. Many of the units had damage, the over all condition was poor, the bathroom was very poor. I would not go back to this property. On a positive the staff were extremely helpful.

Don’t bother….

Arrived and reception were great. About 50 mins from the main station by metro and tram. The hotel is covered in scaffolding and sheets so you can’t actually see that its the hotel at all. As most people book a room with their eyes from a website or brochure, you expect to find what you see. Our room we expected should have had a bed and a sofa opposite. What we had was 2 very cramped bedrooms, no side tables. There’s no hangers in the very dated wardrobes. The bathroom was filthy. Filthy shower curtain, sealant was in huge lumps at each end of the bath, shower attachment fell off the wall because it wasn’t fixed properly. After a shower the water flooded under the bathroom wall into the little hallway in the rooms. We told reception on the way out because we lay our towels on the floor to soak it up. They said they’d fix it. In the evening on our return we found the towels still on the floor. Not sure if they re sealed after I shouted or before we got back but the dirty lumps of sealant was removed and I think a small child must’ve been employed to put new sealant round the bath. It is that bad! And they must’ve walked in that bath with muddy boots because it’s that dirty. Also, sealant around the toilet was put but that didn’t stop the loo from rocking whilst you did your business. As I say, reception staff are good and helpful but I’d not stay here again. There’s also no restaurants but the bar opposite is great!

The appartment is clean and spacious. The neighberhood is quiet, there is a grocery store nearby, 5 minutes walk. The tram is 4 minutes walking distance and takes you to the heart of Milan.
