The hotel felt like we were back in the States; after a long trip, it was nice and relaxing. The Burger place across the street was great and easy. The experience made me a Best western fan again! Parking was probably the easiest it's been on the whole trip right across the street.

Lovely clean hotel

Lovely clean hotel, friendly receptionist, 2 night stay, room cleaned, fresh linen and towels after 1st night, room service of pizza, pasta & drinks was lovely and quick after arriving later on for check in! 10min walk from train station, chose this hotel so was in middle between milan central & varenna (lake como)

I have to say the staff at this hotel were so amazing! Very helpful the whole time and always greeting you when you come and go. They had all the answers when you need them! Loved them all! The hotel was very nice and clean I especially appreciated that. Nice and quiet for sleeping as well. 2 great restaurants right beside the building. Highly recommend and I will definitely go back any time I go back to the Milan area!! Also the breakfast was so good and had a huge variety everyday! It was 12 Euro but worth it! Loved it so much. Can’t say enough great things about this place!

Excellent stay, I would return

Everything was ok, I would give 5 stars to everything, especially the friendly and effective staff. I might give 4 stars only to the breakfast, just because the limited choices, a machine for self making coffee or cappuccino( quality not good), and for the scrambled eggs, really low quality.

We parked put car in a public parking because we got late to the hotel and did not know where the hotel parking was, and during the night we got the drivers window of the car smashed and someone tried to rob us. Nevertheless, the staff in the hotel (a very nice lady in the reception desk) helped us and was very useful! Besides the car, we are very grateful with the hotel!
