Staff available 24hrs,extremely helpful.Great food available in their restaurant. Close proximity to the local shopping center (15mins on foot). Bit of a walk to the station (25mins) due to recent development.But an uber/bolt is around 12 euros if you opt for it.

BW falck village

The hotel itself is absolutely fine. Excellent service & helpful staff. Just need to be aware that it is a good 25 min walk from the town of Sesto & its railway/metro station. And probably not the most pleasant of walks especially at nighttime. Good if you have access to transport. Only 10/15 min drive to monza. Not so good if you are a solo traveller as I was. Without a car.

Giulia in reception is very polite and professional. Also, the dining staff and Alberto (early morning reception). Room is very adequate for a quick overnite stay to get to Linate early morning. They will arrange for a taxi which was on time....you worry when the pick up is 4:30am! The food in the restaurant was quite good for a hotel and all in all, I would stay there again. The only reason for 4 vs 5 stars is that there was a cherry stem on the floor of my bathroom behind the door, so made me wonder how thorough the housekeeper was....

Aqui adjunto la queja que realice al establecimiento : Mi nombre es Francisco Temprado y hospede en el Best Western Falck Village Hotel en la habitación 009. Viale Italia, 598 Sesto San Giovanni - 20099. Llegué el 7 de junio y después de pasar la primera noche, le dije a la recepcionista el día 8 por la mañana que la calefacción no funcionaba en mi habitación, ella dijo que avisaría a mantenimiento. En la tarde del 8 todavía no funciona el clima y la luz tampoco funciona con la tarjeta de la habitación, así que vuelvo a la recepcionista y le informo de esta situación, esta recepcionista enciende la luz en la recepción pero la calefacción sigue funcionando. no funciona En la noche tengo que dormir con toallas en la cama porque no hay mantas en la habitación, hoy es 9 y si no se soluciona este problema voy a poner una denuncia por todo lo anterior Firmado: Francisco Temprado
