The room was very small, but everything was compact and well arranged, so it wasn’t a problem. It was in a safe area to walk around at night, with nice restaurants and shopping areas nearby, which was great. The staff were very kind and extremely helpful.

Great for our short stay and we would definitely stay there again. We love the area as it is right it is between Centrale and Porta Garibaldi, close to the Isola Design Destrict. Only small issue was the hand soap dispenser in the bathroom was empty when we arrived.

BUYER BEWARE. I prepaid, in full, for my stay. Upon entering the room, I noticed a strong sewage smell coming out of the bathroom. It was unbearable. I asked for another room, and the receptionist told me there were no other rooms available. I asked them to take a look. Upon entering the room, they smelled it straight away, apologized, then turned on the sink, shower, and bidet, and asked me to leave the water running for 15 minutes. I opened the windows and waited. It was so bad, I had to leave. I asked the receptionist for a refund, and they advised me to connect with Expedia and Aiello hotels directly. I have been emailing and calling for 2 weeks and have been unsuccessful. In fact, hotel management is denying responsibility, saying their team found no issues with cleanliness or maintenance, and that they "made every effort to ensure my comfort by offering a complimentary upgrade, which I declined." This is simply untrue. I recommend reading other reviews about this hotel group before booking. I wish I had.

Friendly and really helpful stuff. Room was nice and clean. One thing i was disappointed, was the breakfast. Was not in their premises, you need to go into a cafeteria/bar across the street and includes only coffee, orange juice and a croissant. For someone expecting a good choice of different food for breakfast, then this is not the choice.

C’était correct en général mais à posteriori je trouve un peu dispendieux pour ce qui est essentiellement une chambre louée et non pas un hôtel. Il n‘y avait pas de réception, tous les communications étaient via whatsapp. J‘ai beaucoup dû insister pour me faire adresser dans une autre langue que l‘anglais (je leur ai donné 3 choix, dont une l‘italien), et le paiement était soit comptant soit PayPal. Donc, vraiment pas une expérience d’hôtel, et pourtant, j‘ai eu des chambres d’hôtel à 3 et 4 étoiles en Italie pour moins cher. Le logement se situe près de la station Porta Garibaldi, mais n‘est quand même pas super facile à trouver à pied, grâce à la disposition labyrinthique de la station. Le quartier semble correct, assez de commerces et de restos, mais aussi, bruyant la nuit. Il y a du monde qui fait le party jusqu’à tard, et les bouchons d‘oreilles qu’on trouve sur la table de chevet en font témoin. En général, tout à fair convenable comme airbnb, mais pas à ce prix.

Ótima opção para família

Incrível. Quarto muito confortável, local excelente, pequena caminhada até a estação Garibaldi, sendo ótima opção para chegar e retornar ao aeroporto de Malpensa. Recebemos um excelente atendimento prévio, com todas as orientações de checking e na saída todo o suporte para guarda bagagem e checkout. Recomendo.
