"Parking system that charges 1,300 JPY/night takes forever when multiple guests all try to leave at once. Also in the morning the very strong smell of spices from the hotel’s restaurant permeates into the central A/C system in the hall and enter the rooms. It’s simply unacceptable."

"This is a 5-star hot springs/onsen resort tastefully decorated, beautifully maintained and luxurious in every way. You won't regret staying here! We loved every moment here and wished we could have stayed longer."
