"Entertainment (especially on the smaller stages and the lobby) was good. Food was standard all-inclusive menus. Not great for dietary restrictions-staff did not understand vegan vs vegetarian vs pescatarian and kept serving fish and seafood to vegetarian even when vegetarian options were listed on the menu. Exercise with Ramone in the pool! No attempt to clean any part of beach algae blooms. No water activities offered at the beach as part of resort stay. Staff doesn’t seem to have a good way to know what guests have booked. We booked a cabana at beach with main concierge and nothing was prepared. Staff jumped to set it up but we were asked multiple times to leave because they couldn’t see the reservation or the payment already made."
