I saw a huge rat as soon as I stepped off of the elevator. I reported it and the front desk acted as if I was overreacting. The room felt nasty and the carpet was clearly unclean and sticky. I've stayed here in the past and it was not that bad. I don't plan to stay here again.

We stayed at the property for only two nights. The room had a large refrigerator and a small kitchen with counter space, which was convenient for preparing food. It was also spacious, had laminate flooring instead of carpet, and offered a nice partial view of both the ocean and the city. Unfortunately, the room was not clean and the property is in need of maintenance. The table was broken, and the walls, ceiling and bathroom need to be repainted. The bathroom was the worst part—it was extremely dirty. I requested a baby crib around 6:00 p.m., but it didn’t arrive after 10:00 p.m. The staff explained that they only had one person available, which caused the delay. However, when the crib finally arrived, it was dirty, so I didn’t feel comfortable putting my baby in it. The beach was disappointing, and the common areas were not kept clean either. Overall, for the price we paid, we felt the stay was significantly overpriced and did not meet our expectations.

The entire building and rooms are super worn down. As soon as you walk into the lobby it smells really bad. So much so I didn’t even want to sit around in the lobby and the room’s bathrooms were dirty, filled with humidity and rust stains.

We requested an early check in because we had a wedding to attend the same day and were assured it would be accommodated. However, when we arrived at 8:30 a.m., we were told no rooms were available and had to wait until 1:30 p.m. We were exhausted, had nowhere to rest or get ready, and had less than two hours to prepare for the wedding. This was very disappointing, especially after being assured our early check in request would be accommodated.

The hotel looks a little run down and the reception smelled like cat piss, the staff were great and very friendly. Rooms are also kind of old as well as very noisy AC system. The location is good and has beach access but for the price I would expect more. Unless there are no other options around, I would not stay here again.

la Pesina terrible Verde Socia si el hotel Esta en construction no deberian estar en servivio el parqueo muy carro y malolleve a mi perro de servicio que mproblema en ese hotel un securite queria que entrara por el aerea de basurero muy mal servicio siempre he ido ahi no vuelvo mas al tercer dia fuero a llevarme tohallas tuve que llamar para que fueran a limpia mi habitacion aparte me cobraron mas de lo que habia pagado$210 extra que por el parqueo bien malo espera 45 minutos hasta una hora para que le tragieran el carro el hotel esta en muy mal estadono deberian tener guepedes hasta que lo arregle muchas cucarachas habia mala esperiencia

The hotel was rundown and dirty. The room was filthy. The floors were dirty. The cabinets were broken. The bathroom tub was cracked. There was mold in the vents. The balcony was dirty. The pool area was dirty. The bathrooms at the pool were backed up with toilet paper. The tiki bar closes too early. The hotel advertises restaurants on the premises. The only restaurant was a very small pizza kitchen. The people that ran the pizza kitchen were great. But it is not a restaurant. The entire hotel smells like marijuana everywhere you go. Not a great place to take your children. The pool area had construction going on. And we were never notified of this. The bedding smelled bad. The towel towels in the bathroom smelled as well. Very disappointing experience.

I was put in the wrong room and then had to wait to get another one . Had to wait again for the trolley to move my stuff to the correct room. Tec had to come to fix the tv and the AC was not cooling the room stay at 73 degree . Other than the Pizzaeria the food at the outside bar was un eaten able . Tuna wrap. I had to throw out. The bell hop , cleaning and valet were most pleasant . The Front desk rep was by herself and need more help .
