Nice renovated apartment with kitchen, living area, bedroom and washroom. Safe neighborhood near 5 street. Check in procedure needs improvement because I waited over an hour to get into my apartment. I left my souvenir Miami Open visor in my apartment when I left but the staff said they couldn’t find it.

We loved our time at Sunny Days apartments in Miami Beach. The two-bedroom apartment was great for our family. My wife and I had a cozy room with a bathroom, and the kids had their own room too. The small kitchen had everything we needed to make meals, and the dining table fit us all easily. We liked that bikes were available for rent and beach chairs and umbrellas were included - we used them every day! We also appreciated the onsite parking, even if it cost extra. The location was perfect, with a grocery store just a block away. We could walk or take a short Uber ride to the beach and Ocean Drive. Overall, Sunny Days was comfy, handy, and really thought of everything. Highly recommend for a fun Miami Beach holiday!

Owner and manager were VERY helpful!!!! They are VERY nice!!! There is Target, TJ Maxx and Public's grocery store in walking distance. The larger units are the better units. It’s an older building.
