The property was exactly as presented online before booking, maybe even a little better. No disappointments! The area is safe, with many options for dining, shopping, walking, exercising etc...minutes from South Beach, Coconut Grove, the airport. I will stay here again next year.

This is so far the best place! The location is so convenient and Nate from the COZY is so nice and kind. The place literally looks no difference from my friend’s room in Double tree. I will definitely stay here again if I’m coming back to Miami.

Pros: The location is amazing! The kitchen was great. Checking in was super easy, the host was very communicative & there is a security desk before anyone can enter elevators. Very secure! Cons: washing machine didn't work which ruined our trip. The host couldn't have it repaired until our checkout date. We packed light knowing that we paid for a unit with a washer & dryer. We yried washing clothes in the kitchen sink, but that didn't work well. So, we couldn't wear out clothes. There is no early check in. All of the closet doors are leaning or barely hung, very ugly. The unit needs to be properly cleaned & painted.

This condo exceeded our expectations. It was big and beautiful. We addressed a couple of things with our contact person and they had a maintenance guy at the condo almost immediately. The building security is next level and the added bonus of a Starbucks and another cafe brought this condo to the next level for us. We will definitely be back.

Honest review

The apartment itself is immaculate. It’s a beautiful apartment. I was suprised! The only thing I will say is I had to wash the sheets to the 2nd bedroom bed because I’m pretty sure housecleaning did not change them, due to residue on them. Having to do that on the first night with tired kiddos waiting to go to bed was not ideal. The master bedroom bed was itchy. Which is never a good thing when staying in hotels or air b n bs. The property owner needs to look into that. Besides that the apartment itself is very fancy I was shocked how beautiful it was.

Broken bed, dirty towels

This place started out weird from the beginning. First I was told to send scans of drivers licenses months in advance. Done. Then 2 weeks out I’m asked to upload IDs of everyone in the party (including the passports of my 2 kids) to some form they need. Ok I did that but here we go again. Surely we don’t need to do it a third time at the lobby… but yep, each individual person needed ID which caused a long line in the lobby. Ok so let’s put that down to extra security and maybe it’s a good thing. The room itself was fine, big enough for our party of 7 and solid location even with all the construction going on. But when we get into the room one of towels had mildew or some other stains all over it, gross. Elevators were also a mess, “smart elevators” that take forever, there was always a line. You also have to take 2 separate elevators to get to the valet only parking. Worst though, was the completely broken bed in one of the rooms. It literally had an entire leg missing and sagged so bad on one side that the frame was almost on the floor. We tried calling their contact number twice after the first night but couldn’t get through. When we finally reached them through email they offered us a late check out(unusable as we had plans) as compensation, after 1/3 of the occupants hadn’t slept for 2 nights. Overall a disappointing expensive stay with what could have been a really cool spot. Don’t waste your money staying here.

This property have the potential to be amazing with just a little attention. Small repairs and little more focus on comfort to guest and it will be an easy 4.5 star property. I mean literally things that can be fixed in a day will completely change this property.

The room was not as advertised. It did not accommodate two adults and three kids. The building is terrible and not safe! You have to go through back hallways to access your room. Do not take your family there. I was not able to access my room after the first night and they have yet to refund any of my money. Terrible place! An Expedia has been no help in getting this resolved.
