all was good, the parking, the grounds, the staff, and the room was very clean. I will recommend to others and I will also return when I need a room.

Parking was easy. Room was clean. Door had a big gap around 3 sides of it. Pictures of rooms/lobby/hotel definitely doesn't match real life viewing. I'm not going back there

This property is a rip off. It is not worth the amount of money they are charging per night. The photos they have posted are not accurate at all. They offer an hourly rate! The people upstairs were have a domestic dispute and the cops were called. Strong smell of marijuana as soon as you open the door. I tried to turn the heater on and it set the smoke detector off. The walls are thin. You can hear what everyone else is doing and all of the traffic on Biscayne Blvd. You will not get a good night's rest. No coffee maker in the room. Cigarette burns on the furniture. Floor all scratched up. Foot traffic in and out of the parking lot all night long. Do not stay here.

Absolutely disgusting, unsafe neighborhood, I had reserved a non-smoking room, but the room clearly had been smoked in, in the past because it reeked. The photos that they display on the website completely misrepresent the actual property. It’s a scam. They rent rooms by the hour, Total prostitute drug flophouse. I ended up leaving.

I arrived in the place and the receptionist told me that my booking was cancelled even though I showed my confirmation, so stressful I have to find other place last minute, not sure if Expedia or the hotel neglected my booking ! So Frustrated I had to cancel the reservation in the restaurant that I wanted to go, just ruined my trip. 👎👎👎👎👎👎👎

Where do I start…Bullet proof glass to check in, deposit required for the key, hourly rates available, dirty floors, smelt like cigarette smoke, bright parking lot lights shining through curtains, no security lock, no pillows, no shampoo,no clock, no coffee, no hangers. Open doors with questionable clientele. Overall just a horrible experience. Doesn’t belong on Expedia with misleading high ratings. Glad we only had to suffer for one night. I would avoid.
