"The staff were extremely helpful, friendly and kind. Although I made my reservation on Hotels.com, Brandon was able to assist me with a canceled reservation and the rebooked reservation. He was very easy to talk to and was willing to make accommodations for my Mom's and I late arrival. When I had to call to let staff know my flight was delayed, Emily made certain my Mom was able to check in. She also offered to hold a packaged breakfast for me and much more. They both went beyond the call of duty! My mom reported to me that the hotel was beautiful, clean, well-kept, breakfast was good and staff were amazingly helpful. She said that is where we would be staying when we return to Miami. Thank you Hampton Inn Miami Wynwood Design District."
