"The toilet was running incessantly throughout the night and despite our complaints, it was never fixed, nor were we given any significant concessions to our room"

"Wonderful hotel in a great location. Room was spacious and clean and the staff were lovely. It would benefit from a hotel bar but we very much appreciated the bottle of wine!"

"Clean"

"Staff very friendly and accommodating. Made us feel welcomed. Our rooms were not ready since we came at noon but they held our bags for us. Rooms very clean and amenities available for free on request like coffee and waterpot. Rooms a bit on the pricey side but the location was also good so well worth it. Will be coming back in the future."

"As someone who has travelled around the world, this is definetely not a four star Hotel. The hotel rooms are so small you only access the bed from one side. My wife had to climb over me to get in and out of the bed. When we arrived and saw the room, I immediately called reception to ask to change my room for a larger one. "Good location. Very clean. Quiet. Beds were very comfortable. No fridge in the room though, and no coffee maker. Staff were helpful."

"Great location! Very central, just a short walk from the subway, with plenty of lovely restaurants and cafes nearby. The room was clean, and the staff were welcoming, kind, and very accommodating. Overall, a wonderful stay! 10/10!!"

"Efficient staff!"
