"The toilet was running incessantly throughout the night and despite our complaints, it was never fixed, nor were we given any significant concessions to our room"

"Great location"

"Clean"

"Staff very friendly and accommodating. Made us feel welcomed. Our rooms were not ready since we came at noon but they held our bags for us. "he property is stunning, with beautiful design, a great atmosphere, and exceptional service. The staff went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable."
