"The resort is perfect for families! We unfortunately were hoping for more adult separation since we did not have children. Having only 1 large pool didn’t really give a relaxing feeling with kids around and parents not really parenting. If you plan to travel kid free I would pick another location. Traveling with kids perfect spot! The sports and entertainment team was fantastic great shows. Christian and his team were fantastic and I really wished that energy continued later! The whole resort closes at 11 (too early for an all inclusive resort based off of our experiences at other resorts) and after 9:30 not much to do. Live singers were good but wish there were more after 9. Like dance club or something in the main ballroom a few days a week. The resort was very clean and food was fantastic. I would stay here again if I had children with me or traveled with friends or family who had children."

"I had gone for a solo trip and it was definitely nice, I will say you definitely wanna bring some money with you to tip the workers in the resort. I forgot to do that but other than they still do a great job with attending you accordingly when your at the bar and at the restaurants, if you vape definitely reconsider coming to Mexico since it’s illegal to bring them and they definitely don’t want that in the resort."

"Pros: *Martin @ the Mexican restaurant!!!!! *Pool bar staff kept my cup filled *Friendly staff throughout resort *Delicious food *Excellent security at the entrance of the property Cons: *You will get bombarded to be part of a "90-minute sales presentation" at one of their neighboring resorts in exchange for breakfast and a massage or a swim with dolphins. The 90-minute presentation is for a timeshare and lasted three hours (not 90 minutes), where we had to tell three different sales people that we were not interested over the course of the three hours. And when we booked our swim with the dolphins, it ended up not being free (we were given a voucher to use towards the excursion). Don't fall for the scam! *The swim-up bar at the main pool was closed for my entire 6 day/5 night stay and was kind of an "eye sore." *The Mediterranean restaurant was closed for my entire stay. *For an "adults-only" resort, I was hoping for more activities later in the evening. The nights seemed to end early, including the bars. *The check-in and check-out process is extremely time-consuming. Allow yourself plenty of time on your last day to check out before your airport transportation arrives. You will not be able to leave the property without a checkout ticket from the front desk. *The main restaurants that are only open for dinner do not accept reservations; they operate on a first-come, first-serve basis. If you do not arrive between 6:00-7:00 PM, plan on waiting awhile to get seated."
