"The entire hotel reeks of cigarette smoke, unfortunately. Additionally, when I checked into my room, I noticed the toilet seat wasn’t clean. Thankfully, I travel with wipes, so I was able to make it work without involving the front desk. Decided to take the stairs and found trash on at least three floors. Won’t stay here again, sadly."

"Clean room friendly staff. Breakfast wasnt as expected and you werent allowed to bring food or drinks to your room. Lots of unsupervised kids in the pool and hot tub . Room qas big clean and nice. The ac wouldnt stay pn so room did get very warm "

"Very nice overall. Better than average breakfast. Exceptionally friendly staff. The downside was the late evening fire alarm that lasted a few minutes. We were preparing to evacuate when it stopped. The front desk said it was a routine occurance due to sensitive smoke detectors and folks taking steamy showers with the bathroom door open. We won't be back."
