"We stay in 2 bedrooms suite. Room decoration is good clean and good space. Very good view and can open the door, winter for fresh air. I feel like stay in condimenium having kitchen and there are washing and drying machine in the hotel. The location is great near the attraction in the walking area. Near testaurant and mall. " We had the pleasure of staying at the Empress Hotel the beginning of June in one of their gold rooms. If you ever get the chance to stay there, I highly recommend upgrading to the gold rooms if you can. The access to the Lounge for breakfast and appetizers is so worth it. The staff is amazing and the room was very nice, we were lucky to get a view of the harbour so it was beautiful to wake up to every morning. "Location: so close to Fisherman’s wharf. Ample water taxis to get you around Pool, hot tub, fitness centre, comfy beds and pillows. Extremely friendly staff. Their breakfast restaurant is very reasonably priced and the food is excellent. Staff go above expectations for service and accommodate all requests Front desk very helpful and welcoming "
