"The hotel was on the canal and a short distance to Bourbon Street. You could walk it or take a taxi. It was too hot for us so transportation was our option.
Oliver at the hotel bar was great! The room was wonderful and the bed put me right to sleep. Everything was clean, which is a big deal for me I would stay again."
"The staff was very accommodating! Our room wasn’t ready when we got there due to a maintenance issue, they took care of our bags and sent us upstairs for a free drink. Everyone was very friendly and welcoming. The room was very nice. The restaurant was some of the best food i’ve had. 10/10 recommend this hotel. "

I arrived and they quickly found me a room with almost no trouble.
The location is amazing, just close enough to the French Quarter and the River to be a quick walk, but not so close that you're worried about the revelers on Burbon wandering over and making noise."
"The Bourbon Orleans Hotel is a very nice place to stay in New Orleans. It's in a perfect location in the heart of the French Quarter. The staff was very pleasant and helpful. The room was spacious and clean. Breakfast was very good but a little pricey.

We chose this hotel mainly because it was walking distance to the Smoothie King center as we visited New Orleans for a concert. We will always choose the Hyatt Regency for future visits! "
