"Flexibility with deposit with extensions deposits are annoying and they tie our money up esp if you’ve stayed at other hotels and are from a different state . It takes a second for them to take it but a week to give it back and some of these deposits are outrageous esp when you’ve paid for the room up front . So I’ll always value fairness and people being human in their understanding . "
