"Overall the hotel was disgusting. Smelled of weed constantly, old and outdated. Trash can overflowing when arriving outside of hotel, trash cans in the hallways from rooms constantly, a random used diaper in the hallway for over 24 hours. The pool was gross. Loud in hallways. "

"Staff was friendly but no house keeping came in the room to clean the room for the days I stayed there. Hallways and other areas of the hotel smelled like marijuana . People smoking weed in the hotel.had to spend most of my time in the room due to the smell outside of the room in the hallways. Had to go to front desk several times just to keep getting towels because house keeping never once came . Will never go back again "

"Shockingly bad. My expectations were very low and they managed to do far worse than I could have imagined. 3 night stay, television did not work after checkin. Notified desk and they made no attempts to rectify the situation. Simply said too bad can't fix it. The bed cover had multiple cigarette burns and smelled horribly of cigarette smoke. I had to purchase pillows and sheets from walmart. Entering the hallway you are faced with a wall of cigarette and marijuana smoke. To each their own but as a non smoker in a hotel with signs promoting no smoking, it made for a very poor experience. The elevator broke on the 2nd day of the stay which made staying on the 3rd floor very difficult as I had numerous work bags to carry up and down from the room. Again the staff made no attempts to fix or remedy any of the situations. It is unfortunate because the hotel has been recently renovated but their customer service is what needs the most renovation!"
