The room was great. The hotel is stunning during the holidays. Pool area was amazing. Restaurant needs more practical choices but was delicious regardless, but we really just wanted a burger. Would absolutely stay here again.

I was really looking forward to visiting Grandover however the customer service in some areas needs work. I expect to be greeted and a little enthusiasm. I expect staff to handle issues like a clogged sink and issues with food. Not expecting perfection but definitely good to great customer service and professionalism. The front desk staff and the young lady in the coffee shop were awesome!
