We stayed at this motel recently and appreciated its excellent location, which made getting around very convenient. The staff were accommodating whenever possible, which added to a pleasant overall experience. This is definitely a budget-friendly motel, offering affordable rates without any bells and whistles. It’s a great option if you’re looking for a simple, no-frills place to stay. If we need to stay in the area again, we would definitely choose this motel for its value and convenience.

Gated parking lot with a guard on duty all night. Slept in my clothes on top of bed with bags packed in case I needed to leave fast. Not a very safe or relaxing place. People were partying next door and doing drugs in parking lot.

There was definitely some wear and tear on this building, but my room seemed pretty clean overall. The hotel is gated, and I’m not sure if it’s because of the area or a particular concern regarding the building. There are really no amenities, but that was to be expected. It was a clean place to lay your head.

Motel 6 - def kept the light on!😃

Sweet time @ Motel 6!! The staff was accommodating and friendly, the room was a lot nicer than I thought it would be, above expectations. Clean, comfy w soft pillows and a great bed. The only issue was no plug for the bath and no hot water for the face basin, but these were just minor inconveniences, plus it’s close to downtown. Overall a great time and I extended my stay b/c of it. Good work everyone.

Blankets had wholes in them. Faucet was not secured to sink. Sink slowly drained. They did have security at night. Front desk staff was available 24hrs. Had a secured gate around property.

Close to Memphis events

If you are looking for a cheap place it's fine for a night or two. The office door is locked so you have to check in and out through a window. The staff seemed rude but maybe it was a language barrier. It would have been nice to have a hair dryer and a chair in the room. The bed was comfortable. It's gated around the whole property which is nice. You literally need your room key to get in the gate entrance and to and from the office window.

I accidentally arrived 12 hours early, so I was charged $70/night instead of $50 for two nights. I'm staying until Saturday, July 12. The first room (201) had a non-working A/C. After waiting 20+ minutes for staff who disappeared, I asked for a refund but was instead moved to room 132. That room reeked of cigarette smoke despite being non-smoking, and the bed linens had visible stains. The pillowcase, walls, curtains, and doors were also dirty. The fridge barely worked and was unsanitary, and the A/C smelled like cigarettes and only cooled when standing directly in front of it. The bathroom was outdated and unclean, and the toilet, sink, and shower had clearly not been cleaned in either room. A urine smell lingered, possibly from the bed or the A/C. I was too exhausted to move again. The Wi-Fi and card system were down when I arrived (1:30am), so I paid cash. The Wi-Fi later became spotty. Worst of all—there were bed bugs. Pros: it’s gated, has a microwave, soft bed, good Wi-Fi early morning, lots of parking, and is close to stores. I was exhausted and disappointed. I’ll never book here again.

The gentleman at the front desk was pure class and helpful. The area was safe and quiet plus the gate helped with feeling safe. But the first room we were given had blood on the top cover and other substance stains on the sheets below. The gentleman up front quickly moved us to another room but it was smaller than what we ordered but after a 4 hour drive we left it alone. The room didnt offer an iron or coffee maker, the shower curtain was dirty, the heat never worked on the air conditioning unit (while temps were in the 20's the sheets were extremely thin and the bed was very noisy. If it wasnt for the safety of the area and us being tired from our drive we wouldve went somewhere else. But the young man at the front was a gem and the best part of the stay.

Do not stay at this hotel. We arrived a few hours after check-in as we were driving from another state. The door to the office is locked and all communication with the staff had to be done through a window (it was cold out so this was not ideal). The system was down when we arrived so we could not be checked in. The staff told us to come back in 10-15 minutes so we waited in our car. I asked at the window about checking in 3 more times, each time being told 15 more minutes. My kids were tired from a long drive and needed to use a restroom so the staff told us to go to the Walgreens across the street... When the system was back up after close to an hour after arrival, the staff did not inform us but sat at the desk napping until we came back to the window (our car was visible from the window and they easily could have waved us over). The room was disappointing Pros -beds were fairly comfortable -room was warm and didn’t smell -TV was decent with a good selection of channels Cons -comforter was stained -no hot water -bathroom was disgusting and mouldy (we couldn’t shower because of the gross tub) -wifi did not work On top of this, a stranger tried to enter our room. They were able to open the door and stuck their hand in and tried to move the swing-bar lock. Luckily we had this lock on otherwise the person would have walked right into our room. Make sure you slam your door hard to ensure it’s closed! I would have requested a different room if my kids weren’t already asleep

I got there at 3pm check in time. I had to wait over a half hour to get a room. Said they werent clean. There were 3 others waiting as well. The room was fine for what I paid but it was far from clean.
