Exceptional Team!

The entire staff was exceptional...from check-in, to the bartenders, to the valets who had to assist me several times in loading and unloading equipment and boxes from my SUV, this 1 week visit was really enjoyable and I appreciated all the help and the warm welcome.

The rooftop patio was cool. The Mc for the events was friendly and inviting. The movie theater that you can reserve is really awesome. The location is far enough away from the hustle and bustle of the city’s downtown area. Nevertheless, close enough to walk to and from all kinds of things.

I had a wonderful experience here at the ALOFT Memphis. It was a getaway for me and my wife just to sit back relaxing and unwind. We would definitely stay again this is a super nice property and very friendly staff. We will go again and take the kids for topgolf swinging suite.

Location was perfect for our concert at FedEx Arena. The check in process was very smooth. We did arrive somewhat early yet our room was ready. If i had any recommendation it would be the valet service. They only had one on during my stay and both times i had to wait over 15 minutes to get my car. Everything else was great.

Rooms were dirty. They switched our rooms and it was a bug in the bed. Requested towels and it took 30 minutes plus 3 calls to receive them. Staff was nice at front desk but I don’t believe I would stay here again.

Aloft Memphis Downtown is a stylish, modern hotel in a prime location—just steps from Beale Street and top attractions. The rooms are clean, spacious, and well-equipped, with fun, colorful decor. Staff were friendly and helpful, and the lobby bar had a great vibe. Some city noise at night, but nothing unexpected for downtown. A perfect spot for a comfortable and convenient stay in Memphis! Will stay again here with my family

I was there for a 50th Class Reunion. We utilized the entire facility for our events tha weekend. We wanted to go and have drinks after our banquet and the bar was closed and so was the rooftop. There were no amenities, exercise room and a golf suite that you had to pay for. The cost of the rooms was definitely not a group rate as your regular rate just booking individually was cheaper. The grab and go breakfast was a turn off and you had to pay for it. The hotel was very clean and the bed was comfortable but I could not stay at this Aloft again as itvwas not very accommodating.

Valet Services and cleanliness of the property ~ Excellent. Check-in is at 3PM. The room was not ready until 4:19 PM. I was waiting in the lobby until it was available. This was extremely inconvenient. There is only 1 working elevator in the hotel. The restaurant onsite advertised is actually just a bar.

The atmosphere was vibrant and modern, and the staff were so friendly and welcoming. My room was clean, stylish, and super comfortable, perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring the city.
