"Gorgeous land and buildings. Amazing room. A door on the master bath cabinet in our room had broken hinges and it looked like it had been that way for a while and not repaired. The shower felt a little awkward with no good place to hang your towel while you shower so you could easily get it when you're done. One of the drawers in the master bedroom would not stay closed and would slide open slightly by itself. Overall, an incredible place to stay."

"The hotel is situated in a secluded part but close enough to the stateline. My wife and I stayed for only 1 night but we loved the amenities within the room, and quaintness of the property. The best thing is that communication is extremely fast with the property representatives, and you have keyless/cordless access to the units. "

"We had a wonderful time. Being in a top floor, we had vaulted ceilings, spacious two bedroom and 2.5 bathrooms. A large fully equipped kitchen. W/D, fireplace, deep tubs…it was so nice. Our east side view also gave us the wonderful AM sunlight streaming thru our bedrooms in the morning. I would recommend doing spot cleaning for the couches and carpets. We also were almost back broken due to the stiff mattresses. Few issues that we made work: jacuzzi was out of order during the visit, fire...

"Love the place and have stayed many times over the years. However they really ruined it by allowing pets. Unbelievable and so awful. The room next to us had a dog in it and we hade to listen to it barking for hours and banging noises all evening. This should never be allowed in any Hotel. So ridiculous. "

"Outside appearance not great but our little room was clean and comfortable. Queen bed, bathtub to soak after skiing, microwave and fridge all included. Had to do the check in at a different hotel but it was only 2 hotels over. Ate at an excellent pizza place right across the street. Good food and service."

"We came up here with family before the Memorial Day rush that comes with summer and school being out for the kids. This was the first time we stayed after being re-vamped as Margaritaville Resort. Decor is nice and rooms were clean. There's a bar area with live music on the ground floor which was a plus. We are not fans though of the new beds. They were so hard we could barely sleep. Woke up with back, neck, arm pain both nights. And after checking out valet forgot about getting our car. ...
