"We had online reservations and when we arrived to check in it took 30 minutes. Stay was all over the place no one was helping. Rooms were being pulled. They finally got us a room that wasn’t cleaned. We had to wait another 15 minutes for the room to be completely set up. The room it self was horrible. Starting from opening the door and walking in, it smelled like someone had just smoked, carpet wasn’t vacuumed, dead bugs on the floor, dirty sheets and pillow cases (had spots and tiny burnt holes), dirty lounge chair. To make matters worse, black mold on the ceiling in the bathroom shower, dingy towels and washcloths, and dried urine on the toilet seat. Just disgusting."

"Unfortunately, this hotel was the only place we were able to book given that it was busy that day due to a popular concert. The positives were that we had a roof over our heads,we had safe place to sleep at night and the staff was friendly. Now I wasn’t expecting anything fancy by any means, however this place lacked cleanliness. All the linen was stained including the towels. They really need to invest in some new stuff because who knows how long it has been washed and reused for. It was literally falling apart as well. Only was night was spent and it was do able, but the property owners and management should really consider upgrading linens, towels and pillows."
