"Elevator broken, had to haul all our luggage up the floors. Pool is not very nice either, very small. Our room was alright but the bathtub was dirty around the drain and caused floaties trying to bath. Our window just faced another hotel rooms window and no view so we had to keep our curtains closed. I will say, staff was very friendly. "
