I have been a guest there over the last ten years. The employees provide excellent service. Due to some mix up or misunderstanding, I was given a room in the basement. It was OK but struggle with stairs at times. There was an issue with a double booking but the reception/check in helped me resolve it.
I will be back again soon.

My stay was amazing, they were so wonderful! they offered the room earlier since my flight made it to London 1 hour before our original ETA.
It’s so beautiful, the single room was perfect for a solo traveler. can’t wait to stay there again!
