"We stayed a couple nights at this hotel before leaving on a Mediterranean cruise. The staff is super friendly, hotel has beautiful original woodwork from centuries ago. Breakfast was great, and the hotel has a nice lively restaurant and bar also. Conveniently located near the piazza and all the historic landmarks."
"The staff was amazing! They were so friendly accommodating and very helpful. Our room was very nice, clean and comfortable. They even provided an amazing outdoor brunch which was much appreciated. It is conveniently located near some great dining options, shopping and a major train station. We enjoyed our one night stay and would love to return again in the future. "
"The decor was a little dated but everything else was great. Excellent walking distance to the UNESCO sites. Our tour was easy to arrange. Restaurants were easy access and the food was great. The outdoor space was very inviting in the square. Lots of activity and friendly staff. Maybe not a 5 star hotel but it more than met our needs. "

"Right from the beginning, staff by the name of Mayte was very warm and welcoming.whenever we asked for something extra she did it with a smiling face..
Its an idle stay if you are in transit like taking a cruise. The hotel had an excellent breakfast. However one should be aware that they don't have a restaurant. So for lunch and dinner you can go out within 15 minutes walking distance.
I highly recommend this place to stay."
