"Staff was courteous, check in and check out process was simple. Located right above Subway station and bus station direct from Haneda airport. Very easy to get in and get out. "

"The room was clean and convenient, although a little on the small side; which is common in japan. The staff was helpful and polite. The best thing about this hotel is it's excellent location. There's a JR station and a Tokyo metro station available just a few minutes walking. Many of the major lines stop at those stations which makes this place ideal for sightseeing. The hotel has no laundromat, but there is one right next door. The only negative is that the hotel has no japanese public bath (sento); although this might not be an issue for someone who isn't interested. "
