"Great room, clean sheets and towels, but it would be great that before guests arrive they should have the fridge on and also provide an iron and enough utensils."

Beetje misleidend :-( Het diner was goed maar het ontbijtbuffet was wel heel duur naar Zuid-Afrikaanse normen en niet eens zo speciaal. "

" We had an incredible stay at Umoya Lodge in Pilanesberg and couldn’t recommend it more. The game drives were absolutely amazing, made even more special by our ranger, Rassie, who was knowledgeable, passionate, and a joy to spend time with. We saw so much wildlife and every drive felt like a true safari adventure. The food was excellent throughout our stay, and the lodge itself is beautiful. Our room was very spacious, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed—perfect for relaxing after a day out...

"Mbazo lodge is truly a special place. You are looked after like a king. True six star service. The food and drink was incredible. The chef so talented. The staff are so friendly and helpful. The drives were amazing and the guides so knowledgeable. Thirty elephants came and drank from the pool while I was eating lunch my first day. A wonderful place. "

"Food isn't good, very high in fat, carbs and sugar. No healthy options asides from salad which it doesn't really count. They have a ton of staff but they aren't customer service focus more like out to lunch. Nobody greets you or even look at you, they avoid eye contact. Definitely didn't feel welcome. Hotel itself it's fine and basi amenities need improvement and easier access to use them. The safari drives are chaotic needs more planning and organization. "

"Worst experience at exorbitant prices. Rooms unmaintained, leakages everywhere including damp carpet, bathroom leaks between floors, had all my toiletries makeup and a Chanel bag destroyed by a leakage and was relocated to another property and room less for an entire day and night. The wheat part was no one could help or knew what they were doing. I am in utter shock."
