"Horrible experience. Spend a little extra and get a decent resort. Staff was rude and refused to help when our toilet was broke and unusable. Room was disgusting, dirty, couldn’t even sleep on the sheets. Food was horrible, sick for a week after eating it. Pool smelled like sewage and had toilet paper shreds floating."

"I had such a great experience at Breathless Resort, and I really want to highlight the amazing customer service we received. Edwin went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect for us. He was friendly, attentive, and always ready to help with anything we needed. He answered all of our questions whenever we needed him, which made everything so much easier and stress-free. It’s rare to come across someone who genuinely cares about making your stay enjoyable, but Edwin definitely did. Thanks to him, our experience felt smooth, welcoming, and memorable. "The room was nice, clean, and well kept by housekeeping throughout the stay. Property layout is nice and spread out. Food is as expected for an all inclusive. Most restaurants stopped serving food before designated closing time - buffet became the only option most nights. Pools always closed an hour to hour and a half before posted closing time, and always well before dark. No explanation given, just “time to get out”. None of this was really a deal breaker for not coming back, as I likely will in the future. I just know what to expect for next time. "

"Resort was great some of the rest were hit and miss. Hunter steakhouse was a bad experience. Ribs came out rare and flank steak was overcooked. Italian Grazie was fabulous and teppanyaki first night was awesome but on last day we went back everything was salty. Sushi à la carte was great but took way too long for food to arrive. All in all great place to relax and in wind. Especially with the lazy river"
