"Such a unique and lovely hotel. The staff are kind and helpful, the rooms are clean, and the record players with vinyl selection in the lobby is such a fun amenity. Convenient location, easy valet, delicious on site dining. It’s quiet, safe, and comfortable. Can’t wait to visit again!"

"Location is good and convenient and save for a solo traveler. Just the room that pretty old and had bad smell. Leaving a luggage with them wl cost 5 dollars a day. "

"设施很新，SPA桑拿体验特别好，晚餐气氛很棒"

"The room was much much smaller than what was pictured on the website. The curtains were broken. There was a thick band of yellow mold in the sink. The towels smelled like it was under dried, so it had the smell of old laundry. I was in town for a conference and was not in the room for the majority of the day, I wanted a clean room to come back to, and housekeeping had not cleaned the room - they said they were understaffed. "The staff was wonderful"

"ห้องพักสะอาด หนักงานต้อนรับดีมาก ร้านค้า ร้านอาหาร แหล่งช้อปปิ้ง ที่จอดรถ ทุกอย่างสะดวก สบาย ถ้าห้องพักกว้างกว่านี้จะยิ่งดีมากๆ"

"Great location and nice view from the room overlooking the park. However, the property is mismanaged. 4 days with most basic issues every day. Nice staff but they need training."

"this was our last stop in a 2 week fall foliage journey. We spent 4 nights here and found it to be clean and comfortable. We did get the premium room with a bathroom so I can only judge that. Location was perfect. My husband has walking issues so I was unsure of distances. Subway and trolley were within a block or two and very easy to use. Only concern was walking up very narrow stairs with our luggage. Breakfast was great with fruit, cereal, pastries, breads and yogurt. Mike was a...

"Your staff is Five star! Hotel needs updating badly. My far the worst Four Seasons we have stayed in. On the day of check-in, our flight was delayed and we got in at 2:30 in the morning had room service and it was an edible. Your staff indicated they would remove the charges, but I see we were still charged for them as well."
