"Overall, a very disappointing stay for the price paid. Between the unreliable Wi-Fi, TV issues, unexpected parking charges, and unresolved maintenance problems, the experience fell short of expectations. What made matters worse was the lack of follow-up from management and how poorly my concerns were handled. I expected better communication, accountability, and customer service. Unfortunately, I would not recommend this resort, nor would I ever return."

"Clean, near everything, nice staff and huge room with fridge and microwave."

"All good and I will come back"

"Pros: property was clean, staff was on site and the the cafe store was well stocked. The room was also clean, smelled pleasant and well stocked with toiletries. Cons: the bath tub drain was broken and wouldn’t plug. i also received three phone calls from 6:30 to 7:45 in the morning that i didn’t ask for which woke me up and hurt my sleep. When trying to address the broken drain, the person i spoke with said they would look into it after i expressed my frustration about spending extra money...

"Close to everything"

"The hotel is very clean and very quiet—great for a family stay—and the service is good; I highly recommend it."

"So much to do and so ex"

"Amazing resort clean friendly staff great place to relax during day time at the pool"

We told her we were leaving in 15 minutes and asked if she could return then. Our room wasn’t done at 2:00 when we returned. I contacted front desk. It wasn’t done until after 4:30. The next day, nothing again, until a knock at 4:30 asking if we wanted cleaning. I think that’s far too late, especially when...
