"My stay at the Residence Inn by Marriott Orlando Lake Buena Vista was disappointing overall. The rooms and hallways were noticeably dirty, which gave a poor first impression. Housekeeping only services the rooms every three days, and even when they did come by, they failed to leave clean towels or remove trash from the cans. Another major issue was the shower—hot water was very inconsistent, making it difficult to take a comfortable shower. The complimentary breakfast was also underwhelming. In addition to being mediocre, staff frequently began removing food before the posted end time, which was frustrating for guests who arrived within the advertised breakfast hours. Overall, the cleanliness, housekeeping issues, and poor breakfast experience made this stay far below expectations. I would not recommend staying here."
