"Todo ok"

"So much to do and so ex"

"Clean, near everything, nice staff and huge room with fridge and microwave."

"Pros: property was clean, staff was on site and the the cafe store was well stocked. The room was also clean, smelled pleasant and well stocked with toiletries. Cons: the bath tub drain was broken and wouldn’t plug. i also received three phone calls from 6:30 to 7:45 in the morning that i didn’t ask for which woke me up and hurt my sleep. When trying to address the broken drain, the person i spoke with said they would look into it after i expressed my frustration about spending extra money...

"All good and I will come back"

"Staff were very friendly, our room was clean and spacious. We liked the amenities, as well. We loved being able to use the other property with a shuttle service. The pool was awesome there. The pool at this property is quiet and nice, but the photo shows the sister property."

"Always a good stay"

"Todo estuvo bien, no tengo"

"I stayed 7 night here. I love this hotel. Everything is good!!! The staffs are so nice. "

"Excellent stay! Very close to all parks. Staff was very helpful and kind. Will stay again."

"Staff was magnificent room was clean however, the pullout had a funny smell"

"My daughter had an accident while sleeping and instead of helping us fix the bed and get the sheets replaced , they were placed on or bed and left without comforters. I was told they would replace it and fix it while we were out but instead they put 2 sheets on the bed rolled up and never switched them out. We came tired from the park expecting this outcome to be fixed but it was not . The property is easy to get to and in a fantastic location .Front desk staff was helpful but instead they were...

"We enjoyed our stay. It was a pleasant and convenient location."

"Staff on check in didn’t let us know any info as far as breakfast times, ammenities, transportation options, etc. Semi dismissive. Room was clean- air conditioner unit was LOUD- like airplane loud every time it came on. Breakfast was good. Downside was also even though I paid for a night stay, you’re forced to pay a fee to park in the hotel lot? Why is that a thing?"
