Checkin and checkout was seamless , early checkin now allowed since third party involved for key pickup
1 out of 3 Curtain was not available in the bedroom , causing bedroom exposed, shower room was leaking, but I am sure they will fix prior to next rent out.

The rooms are always comfortable and spotless, with all the essentials. The staff are incredibly friendly, helpful, and accommodating.
Love the convenience of having a restaurant, cafe, and bottle shop on site, plus they'll deliver dinner right to your room! Plenty of parking available too.
Always a positive experience; I'll happily stay again!"

"The property needs an upgrade for the price asking .. floor boards creak all over, no kettle, little cutlery, needs paint desperatly, door furniture bearly on the doors, floor halls smell and carpet was dirty."

"After being delayed the access for over 20 mins and after numberous calls, we finally got the key... Unfortunately, we were shocked to find unchanged beddings, smelly toilet, unvaccumed rug, crumb-littered floor and dirty sofa.... I had never in my life seen such a dirty accommodation. Then we called them again, urging them to send a cleaner over... but the cleaner said the vaccum cleaner was broken, so we sent her away, and we ended up mopping the floor and cleaing the toilet ourselves.
