Had an apartment for a two night stay - great place overlooking towards Queen Victoria Markets. The pool, gym and spa area were in pretty good condition too. My only complaint was that one of the building signs shined inbetween the blinds at night - impossible to fix but the only thing that kept me from a good night's sleep. But would stay again (with an eye mask!)

Apartment was very nice, plenty of room for 4 of us. The reception staff were amazing & so helpful with directions & which tram to get on to get to where we wanted to go & also in organising taxis when needed. Would stay here again.

I had an excellent stay. The room was spotless, clean, and very comfortable. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help, making the experience even better. The spa pool was clean, relaxing, and well maintained. The laundry facilities were easy to use and very convenient. Everything was well looked after, and I really appreciated the overall cleanliness and comfort of the property. Modern and immaculately clean rooms. Hotel was close to trains and trams and the staff very friendly. We chose this hotel for its facilities and they did not disappoint - hot tubs on the rooftop and a stunning heated indoor pools, plus steam room and sauna. Perfect for a winter getaway!
