No parking close. We parked many blocks away and each had to drag 2 heavy suitcases up steep cobblestone hills in torrential rain. The building was uninviting. Worn carpeting in the long corridors. Room was minuscule. Tiny dated bath. Did not enjoy stay at all. On the bright side, it is in a great location, just steps from downtown.

Disliked: Amenities
Very small room. Claustrophobic. No view. I was looking at a wall from my tiny windows. Room was clean enough. Location was near the harbor. Right next to the hotel, there is a park where children play in the afternoon and that makes for a very noisy room.

Superb location that can’t be beat. A short walk to the beach, to the port, to amazing gelato. The staff is wonderful. Helpful, kind, with a smile. The room was clean and well maintained, but the AC struggled with the 30 degree weather, and the room stayed hot through the night (25C downstairs which was hard to put kid to sleep). The layout is also a bit weird, with the bathroom down the creaking circular staircase, a challenge when half asleep. The morning buffet was better than expected, with some gluten free options even!

Our room had a bad smell from the toilet. Also the air conditioning was dripping water. We called reception and the manager came right away. He sorted us out with another room even though they were quite busy. What could have been an issue was resolved with no fuss. Everything else about the hotel was great. Location was fantastic right in the centre with everything on our doorstep. Room was comfortable with good bed and pillows. Shower was excellent with good power. Should say we didn’t use the spa or have breakfast so can’t make any comment on those.

Perfect for a short stay, great location. Nice courtyard and spa is clean and towels are provided. Would definitely recommend. We stayed in a basic room which had no view and was relatively small so maybe worth upgrading if staying for longer

Amazing location! Excellent air conditioner which was refreshing after a hot humid day. Stayed 3 nights and will absolutely stay again and recommend to others. Stayed in the basic double room and it was perfect for 2 of us. Love this hotel!

This is a great hotel choice for Cassis. I considered many hotels in this price range and am glad I chose this one. It is exactly where you want to be, with all others I reviewed right on the front or square/port, making them noisier in the evening. This one was very quiet, whilst still being only a few metres from everything. The spa is also nice

Absolutely wonderful! This is our 4th time staying at this property! We love the ease and convenience being close to everything! Excellent air conditioner and comfortable rooms. Staff is very friendly and accommodating. No hotel parking but the lot up the street isn’t too far. Parked the car and didn’t move it for the entire stay. Love love this property! We’ll be back!

Great location within short walk of beach and the ports many restaurants and shops. Only negative is the size of bedroom and lack of wardrobe and storage space. Nowhere to put suitcase and definitely not room for a week stay for a couple for clothes. Spa good option but no massage available. Good breakfast (continental).
