A hidden gem of a hotel. Absolutely adored the property. Warm greeting on our arrival, beautifully clean rooms, lovely swimming pool and surrounding area - lots of greenery. Steps down to the little town. Had an incredible time here. Highly recommend and will definitely return. And recommend to family and friends.

The hotel Royale was perfect for my stay in Cassis. The staff was friendly and professional, my room was clean and had a beautiful view. The bed was comfortable, the floors were clean, and the bathroom was spotless! The café was delicious. The front desk staff was especially helpful, courteous, and thoughtful. As a solo traveler, this place was ideal. I felt safe in the hotel, in my room, and walking back-and-forth to the main village in the evening. The pool area was lovely! Very relaxing and the pool water was just right. The pool view isn’t bad either!

Calm and healing retreat

I wish to thank all the staff for your warm welcome and kindness. After a very difficult week of travel my daughter and I did not want to leave the peacefulness and friendliness of the Royal Cottage. I loved staying at the Royal Cottage. The staff are warm and friendly, the rooms are clean and tidy. The breakfast is good and the best part is it’s so close to the town and harbour. Really lovely. I wish I didn’t have to leave.
