One night in Martigues.

Rooms need to get renovated specially the door to go inside. Mattress a bit hard as my back felt it. Well located(close to commerces...even a mall). Very clean was my room. Think suitable for short staying (like me). In summertime bath in the pond may be possible. Helpful reception staff when open.

Très déçu – chambre sale, service inexistant

Nous avions réservé pour 2 adultes et 1 enfant, mais cela n’a pas été pris en compte. Un lit d’appoint nous a été facturé en supplément suite au constat de son absence dans la chambre. Par ailleurs, au moment de l’enregistrement, les informations nous ont été communiquées très sèchement concernant le petit déjeuner : il fallait le réserver dès l’arrivée pour toutes les nuits, sans quoi ce ne serait plus possible. Il en a été de même concernant l’impossibilité de rentrer après 22h en cas de problème de badge (plus d’accueil et grille fermée si perte de code). Dès notre arrivée, les draps étaient tachés et des insectes étaient présents dans la chambre (araignées au plafond, fourmis au sol et même sur le drap). Nous avons donc laissé la pancarte "Faire la chambre" accrochée à la porte le lendemain matin. Cependant, à notre retour tard le soir, nous avons constaté que personne n’était passé pour le ménage : les serviettes laissées au sol n’avaient pas été changées, les poubelles non vidées, et bien sûr, les insectes étaient toujours dans la chambre. La réception étant fermée à 22h, nous avons dû passer la nuit dans ces conditions. Très mauvaise expérience globale donc : aucune hygiène, aucun service et un accueil froid. Je ne recommande absolument pas cet établissement.

Séjour convenable mais gros bémol sur le service. En effet nous avons réservé une chambre pour 3 personnes (1 adulte 2 enfants de 15 et 10 ans) et arrivés sur place on m'explique à la réception que c'est une chambre avec 2 lits seulement et qu'il n'y a plus de lits d'appoint ou d'autres chambres et qu'il faut faire avec!! Quand je leur explique que ce n'est pas ce que j'ai réservé on me dit qu'il ne fallait pas réserver via hotel.com mais directement par le site de l'hôtel si on ne veut pas de mauvaises surprises... Par contre personnel de ménage très sympathique.

très correcte et personnel sympa

Très agréable grâce à l'équipe, je fais souvent des déplacements pro dans le coin et j'ai immédiatement reconnu l'acceuil agréable qu'on reçoit également à Marseille la Valentine. C'est donc le même gérant et franchement on le ressent. Les enfants qui m'accompagnent souvent étaient très contents, le petit déj est super. La seule chose qui m'échappe c'est pourquoi ils ne changent pas de jardinier, c'est propre mais extrêmement pauvre visuellement, bien en deça des possibilités offertes par le terrain et la météo provençale, mais ça reste un détail. La literie est confortable et la chambre correspond parfaitement à la photographie du site. En revanche, il y a peu de prises électriques, et celle à côté du lit est uniquement USB.
